Refund scenarios

  • For any reason we are unable to deliver the service as per the agreed-upon terms.
  • You wish to cancel a service that has not yet begun — a full refund applies.
  • Your order is currently in process and you'd like to stop it — you're entitled to seek a refund on the unfinished portion.

Completed orders are not refundable. If an order is part-finished, the refund covers only the portion we did not deliver.
